Oceans: a game in development

Oceans is a game in development (as of 2018). Its designer, Dominic Crapuchettes, invited play testers to volunteer and then released both PnP (Print and Play) files and a Tabletop Simulator version of the game once he realised how excited people were to play it (see the post on Boardgamegeek "I'm blown away by your enthusiasm").
