From great ideas to game features

  • Innovation by reversal, contrasts, strange combinations.
  • Use measurable criteria and prioritisations
  • Does the idea cohere with the rest of the game?
  • Roadmap of ideas and stages so the plan can evolve
  • Continuously simplify so you can do more
